Muniba Mazari was born on 3 March 1987.She is 33 Years Old.She Belongs 
to baloch background and her Hometown in Rahim yar khan she done Bachelor in fine Arts.

Muniba has wheelchair bound since 2007 due to the Tragic road Accident which has change her life. 




In Year 2007 Muniba was heading towards her hometown when she met dreadful accident that made her Paralysed for entire life. 

Somehow her husband fell asleep while driving a car and suddenly car fell in the ditch.

He managed to jump out, Save himself she happy for Him but she stayed Inside the Car and she sustained Alot of injuries.


Radius ulna of her Right arm were fractured,the wrist were fractured, shoulder bone and collarbone were fractured, her whole ribcage got fractured,and because of the ribcage Injury,lungs and liver were badly injured.



She couldn't breathe she lost urinal bowl control, That's why she have to wear the bag wherever she go.
But that Injury changed her and her life completely.


was the spine Injury three vertebra of her backbone were completely crushed and she got Paralyzed for the rest of her life.


So this accident took place in a far-flung area in the outskirts of a very small province balochistan, where there no first aid, no hospital, no ambulance.

She was middle of nowhere in the toppled car
many people came to rescue her they gave her CPR they dragged her to out of the car and while they were dragging her to out of the Car.

She got completely transaction of her spinal cord.

She all broken.they threw her the back of the jeep, they rushed her to the hospital.

That's time she realized that her half body was fractured,and half was paralyzed. 





She finally ended up in a hospital where She stayed for two and a half months.

She underwent multiple surgeries doctors have put alot of titanium in her arm.there's a lot of titanium in her back to fix her back.

That's why The People In Pakistan call her The Iron Lady of Pakistan.


One day doctor came to her and he Said :well,I heard that you wanted to be an a artist,but you ended up being a housewife.I have a bad news For you.

"You won't to be able to paint Again because your wrist and arm are so deformed"


"you won't be able to hold a pen again" and she stayed quiet.

Next day doctor came to her and said: "your spine injury is so bad , you won't be able to walk again"

She tooks a long breath and said: "it's all right"

Next day doctor came to her And Said: "Because of your spine injury and the fixation that you have in your back you won't be able to give a birth child again"

That day she was Devastated.

So that's how she Spent two-and-a-half month in a hospital. 


And then she was discharged and she went back to home and doctors wanted her to lie down on the bed straight. 

For not six months, for not One Year, for two years she was Bedridden.

Her Biggest Fear. Fear Of divorce 

She liberated herself by setting him free and she made herself emotionally so strong .

There the day she got the news that he is getting married. she sent him a text, "I m so happy for you and wish you all the best in your life"

Then she adopted a kid.





So,she decided that instead of starting an NGO for disability Awareness. 
Which she knew will not help anyone.

She started to Appear more in public She started to paint.
she always Wanted to
She done lot of exhibitions She is Pakistan's First wheelchair-bound artist.
 




The United Nations entity for empowerment Of women and the gender Equality.

Muniba mazari has first female Goodwill Ambassador To promote gender Equality and the Empowerment Of the women. 




Muniba mazari got featured in BBC 100 women list for 2015.


So it's the Story of a woman who made people Realize that Sometimes Problems are not too big. 
We are too small 
Because We can not Handle them.
